Jonathan Casanova (co-founder)

M.S., FRC-ms, PN2-MC, ACSM-EP

PERSONAL TRAINER | NUTRITIONIST

Jonathan Casanova holds a Bachelor's and Master's in Exercise Science and Nutrition. His personal health journey and commitment to education drive him to help others achieve their health goals. His qualifications come from Precision Nutrition, Functional Range Systems, American College of Sports Medicine, USA Weightlifting, and he is a Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coach. Jonathan helps individuals who grapple with their health to develop a healthier, more positive relationship with fitness. His mission is to guide them towards their health objectives while enhancing their overall quality of life.⁠⁠​

USA Weightlifting

With a focus on practical, sustainable strategies (not extreme diets), your coach will guide you step-by-step toward long-term results. You’ll receive individualized support, behavior-focused coaching, and ongoing adjustments based on your progress and lifestyle.

Precision Nutrition

Precision Nutrition is a behavior-based nutrition coaching system that combines evidence-based nutritional science with practical habit-building strategies. Founded by Dr. John Berardi and team, it’s widely known for its client-centered, sustainable approach to improving health, body composition, and performance. In the context of nutrition coaching, Precision Nutrition is applied by: Using habit-based change: Rather than overhauling a client’s entire diet, coaches introduce one behavior at a time (e.g., eating slowly, using hand portions) to build lasting change. Personalizing nutrition plans: Coaches adapt strategies to the individual’s goals, preferences, lifestyle, and readiness to change—rather than using cookie-cutter meal plans. Tracking progress holistically: Success is measured not just by weight, but also energy, mood, sleep, consistency, and behavior change. Small Group Training

Small group training classes offer the perfect balance of individual coaching and community-driven energy. With class sizes intentionally kept small (typically 3-6 people), each participant receives proper form correction, progression guidance, and programming that supports strength, mobility, and conditioning.

Each session is designed to be scalable – whether you’re just getting started or leveling up your training. You’ll build consistency, get stronger, and stay motivated alongside a supportive group of like-minded individuals.

Massage Therapy

Each licensed massage therapist working in our facility maintains their own professional practice and determines pricing based on experience, treatment style, and session length.

How we do massage therapy

At Forge Fitness, massage therapy isn't an afterthought — it's part of a comprehensive wellness experience. That's why we exclusively contract with licensed massage therapists (LMTs) who bring clinical knowledge, muscular assessment skills, and advanced hands-on techniques to every session.
